How It Works

Teams of 3 to 5 participants come together to establish their virtual company, nominating a CEO, CFO, and COO.
Simulating one full year of business operations per round, teams compete by making key decisions around strategy, finance, marketing, resourcing, products, and services.
Teams compete against each other to run a profitable and sustainable business venture.
Each team compares their performance metrics, draws conclusions, and solves emerging business challenges.
Simulations are facilitated by experienced AcademyGlobal faculty and run with activities both in and outside the simulated environment to maximise engagement. These include competitive real-time quizzes, word clouds, and polling, along with group briefings on key lessons and insights that can be applied back in the workplace.
