As a Faculty member of AcademyGlobal, Christopher brings a unique insight to executive education having held senior leadership roles in both the public sector and Australian university sector. This includes Senior Executive appointments in the NSW portfolios of health, transport and The Cabinet Office. In the University sector leadership roles have included Head of School, Social Sciences, University of New South Wales (2012-2018), Deputy Dean, Associate Dean and Academic Director at the prestigious Australian and New Zealand School of Government (ANZSOG – 2019 -2025). This blend of academic leadership, research and teaching with a highly successful 20 career in the NSW public service means Christopher is uniquely placed at the interface of academia and public sector practice, effectively translating conceptual ideas and strategic insights to the applied context of public service.

Chris is recognised as a highly skilled teacher active in knowledge translation and has contributed extensively to postgraduate and executive education programs across Australia and New Zealand in the fields of public policy, public sector management, public value, regulation and compliance. Chris has held numerous advisory/steering committee roles to various national and international government agencies and commissions and maintains an active program of research in public policy and regulation working collaboratively with international colleagues and public sector practitioners. Chris is an Adjunct Professor with the School of Government and International Relations, Griffith University, Queensland.
