Dr David Bartlett

Dr David Bartlett is an experienced governance, risk and compliance executive and consultant with expertise across the public and not-for-profits sectors. Having spent his early career in regulatory agencies and later serving as the company secretary equivalent in a $1B statutory authority, David has a deep understanding of the public sector.
David is also a multi-award-winning university lecturer with over a decade’s experience teaching and researching in areas including psychology, regulation and risk. Fusing academic expertise and regulatory agency experience, he developed the Place Manager Regulatory Compliance Model, an evidence-based model for predicting wrong-doing in regulated industries.
