Dr David Bartlett is a Faculty Member with AcademyGlobal. He is an experienced trainer across public, private and not for profit sectors whose early career was in regulatory agencies overseeing corporate governance, risk and legal, in a $1B statutory authority. David has a deep understanding of all levels of government and the broader public sector. In addition to his training across contract management and negotiation David applies his expertise serving on several not-for-profit boards, chairing quality and risk committees and consulting.

David is also a multi-award winning university lecturer with over a decade’s experience teaching and researching in areas including negotiation, psychology, compliance, regulation and risk. He has previously led postgraduate and continuing education programs, along with establishing a university-based consulting practice. Fusing his academic expertise and regulatory agency experience, David developed the Place Manager Regulatory Compliance Model, an evidence-based model for predicting wrong-doing in regulated industries.

David is a Fellow of the Institute of Strategic Risk Management and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
