Fiona is a Principal Faculty Member of AcademyGlobal, an experienced senior executive with a passion for people development. Fiona has developed curriculum and facilitated training for the University of Technology Sydney, Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CIILT) and a number of Commonwealth and NSW state government departments and agencies including the Australian Taxation Office, Department of Finance, Commonwealth Ombudsman, National Indigenous Australians Agency, Australian Communications and Media Authority, NSW Treasury, Aboriginal Affairs NSW, Service NSW, NSW Department of Communities and Justice and NSW Department of Planning, Infrastructure and Environment.

In her earlier career, Fiona held senior executive roles at Coca-Cola Amatil, Unilever and The LEK Partnership strategy consultancy. She had a transformational role in assisting these organisations to improve their operations via new systems and platforms, partnerships, and organisational restructuring. She is experienced at delivering results benefiting multiple stakeholders in complex environments.

Fiona is a leadership expert with a focus on leadership, strategy, problem solving and negotiations. She is passionate to develop people to be their best and is the NSW President for the Australian Institute of Training and Development.
