Fiona is a senior faculty member at AG and highly experienced corporate leader with multinational firms. With proven levels of commercial acumen, she holds a passion for people development and has developed curriculum and facilitated training for the University of Technology Sydney, Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) and a wide number of Commonwealth and NSW State Government departments and agencies.

Her recent assignments have included the Australian Taxation Office, the Commonwealth Department of Finance, Commonwealth Ombudsman, National Indigenous Australians Agency, Australian Communications and Media Authority, NSW Treasury, Aboriginal Affairs NSW, Service NSW, NSW Department of Communities and Justice and the NSW Department of Planning, Infrastructure and Environment.

In her earlier career, Fiona held senior executive roles at Coca-Cola Amatil, Unilever and the LEK Partnership strategy consultancy. She has held transformational roles driving organisations to improve their operations through new systems, processes and partnerships. Fiona delivers results benefiting multiple stakeholders in complex environments and holds deep expertise across leadership, strategy, problem solving and negotiation.

Fiona is passionate about developing people to be their best and is the NSW President for the Australian Institute of Training and Development.
