As a Chartered Secretary and a Fellow of the Governance Institute, she has held senior leadership roles, including Head of Risk and Governance at a leading payments company in Sydney, and has served as Chair of the Risk and Technology Committee at the Governance Institute.

Francesca’s expertise extends to advising executives, committees, and boards, where she provides strategic guidance and facilitates informed decision-making processes.
