Professor Glenn Johnston


Glenn Johnston is a proud Burramatta (Parramatta) man of the Dharug Nation. He is a nationally recognised and respected senior Aboriginal who is passionate about developing Aboriginal business sector, creating economic equity and employment opportunities.

With an executive leadership career of more than 30 years, Glenn has led large procurement, supply chain and commercial teams, delivering excellent customer service and outcomes for a diverse range of stakeholders.

Glenn is Adjunct Professor at the University of New South Wales and has delivered training and development post graduate programs for private and public sector organisations for more than 10 years. His main areas of expertise include leadership, integrity, governance, procurement, diversity, reconciliation, and social justice.

He is one of only 100 Australian based Fellows of the global peak body for Procurement professionals, Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS). He holds a Master’s Degree of Logistics Management (Sydney University Graduate School of Business).

Glenn sits on the Australian Institute of Company Director (AICD) NSW Council and is a member of the AICD NFP Chair’s Advisory Forum and sits on several NFP boards as a Non Executive Director.
