She has worked in senior corporate leadership roles across major Australian and global organisations and as an executive coach, trainer and leadership development consultant to government, corporate,and community sectors.

Her corporate background, combined with extensive coaching and facilitation experience, enables her to design and facilitate engaging, evidence-based learning experiences, making content accessible and translating concepts into real world situations for practical application.
