Jessica Symes Toomey is a Faculty member of AcademyGlobal and is an experienced executive and leadership coach, facilitator and learning and development consultant with more than 20 years’ experience in leadership, capability and people development. She is also a nationally accredited AMDRAS Mediator and an experienced conflict coach and facilitator.

Jessica is passionate about building leadership and career capability and supporting individuals, teams and organisations to realise their potential. Her approach sits at the intersection of psychology, creativity and evidence-based practice, bringing together the science of human behaviour with engaging and practical learning experiences.

Throughout her career, Jessica has designed and delivered leadership, career and capability development programs for organisations across a diverse range of industries and professional environments. Her experience spans emerging leaders through to senior executives and executive teams, with programs delivered across Australia, Asia-Pacific, the UK, US and Europe.

Jessica holds a Master of Applied Science (The Psychology of Coaching) from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Communications from Charles Sturt University. She is also a graduate of the NIDA Directing Program, bringing a distinctive creative perspective to her work in facilitation, communication and leadership development, and is accredited in a range of psychometric and personality profiling tools.

Jessica is a professional member of the Association for Coaching and a member of the Workplace Relations Sub-committee of the Resolution Institute of Australia and New Zealand.
