Kristie is a Faculty member of AcademyGlobal and is a certified project management trainer with extensive experience in the delivery of technology solutions across complex operational environments. With more than two decades working in shipping, logistics, mining, and the hospitality/retail sectors, she brings a practical, grounded perspective to project delivery – one that consistently resonates with teams navigating real-world challenges.

Her work on major infrastructure programs has shaped strong capability in hybrid project delivery, balancing the structure of predictive approaches while leveraging the opportunity for agile development. Kristie champions continuous improvements and value–driven delivery, helping teams focus on meaningful outcomes rather than simply completing scope. Beginning her career in hospitality and retail, she has always been driven by a passion for developing people and this shows through in her project delivery and training engagements.
