His career encompasses roles in top-tier law firms and in-house positions within ASX-listed and internationally listed companies. Tristan has advised a diverse clientele, including energy companies, developers, builders, and contractors, providing comprehensive legal guidance across various sectors.

In his current role as Special Counsel at Kreisson, a Sydney-based construction and engineering law firm, Tristan offers in-depth knowledge in contract preparation and negotiation, contract reviews, and contract management. He has also represented clients in planning matters, including appeals and defending prosecutions. Notably, Tristan recently conducted due diligence for a large-scale wind, solar, and green hydrogen development exceeding 5GW.
