Johnathan Glinatsis LLB, BBus (Finance)

Johnathan is a solicitor with a background in building and infrastructure, having worked both in-house and in private practice. He brings strong experience to the Academy Global faculty in topics related to construction contracts and disputes.Johnathan has facilitated training for commercial teams in respect of construction-related legislation across Australia and has presented to construction industry bodies on issues such as construction contract risk and contract administration.

 

As an in-house lawyer for an international engineering contractor, he has advised stakeholders on landmark metro and rail projects and has assisted in the preparation of tender submissions for major projects across Australia.Currently, Johnathan is an associate director of Kreisson, a Sydney-based construction and engineering law firm. In that role he regularly advises clients in respect of construction contract preparation and disputes including proceedings commenced under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payments Act 1999 (NSW).
