Sohana is a Faculty member and accomplished senior executive, facilitator and trainer across governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). She has over 25 years expertise spanning legal, governance, risk and compliance across private and public sectors across Australia and internationally.

Specialising in governance, enterprise risk, information privacy, procurement, and contract management, Sohana facilitates for boards, executives, program and project leadership teams. A respected educator and presenter, Sohana frequently presents at tertiary institutions and professional bodies, sharing her expertise across a diverse learning agenda. Known for her dynamic mentoring, coaching, and facilitation skills, Sohana is passionate about engaging in meaningful learning outcomes and relationships with professionals at all levels.

Sohana is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, where she serves as a State Councillor on the Governance Institute of Australia’s Queensland State Council. She is a Member of Women on Boards, a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, Advanced Practitioner of a CIPSA corporate program, and Certified Applied Management Practitioner.
