Stephanie Barros is a Faculty member of AcademyGlobal and is a senior facilitator, executive coach and business leader with more than 25 years’ experience across leadership, information technology, human resources, finance, organisational capability and people development. Her career includes senior regional leadership roles within complex multinational organisations, including as Asia Pacific Regional Director of IT with Johnson & Johnson.

Stephanie now works at the intersection of leadership, learning and organisational capability, designing and facilitating professional development for leaders, technical specialists and business professionals. Her areas of expertise include leadership and management, stakeholder engagement and influence, communication, coaching, change, high performance and digital capability.

An experienced facilitator and executive coach, Stephanie is particularly skilled at translating complex concepts into practical, accessible learning. Her facilitation style is interactive and outcomes-focused, drawing on participants’ experience and using discussion, practical application and reflective questioning to build confidence and capability that transfers back into the workplace.

Stephanie has facilitated and coached professionals across corporate, government, technology and professional environments and also brings tertiary teaching experience. She is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, a Certified High Performance Coach and holds the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
