As Operations Manager for AcademyGlobal (AG), Tom is responsible for AcademyGlobal’s process improvement, strategy, business development, quality and risk management.

Tom manages strategic relationships with AcademyGlobal’s faculty members and manages strategic partnerships with organisations including the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), IPAA and the ISRM.
