Veronica is an MBA-educated executive leader, facilitator and coach with over 20 years’ experience in consulting, coaching and leading teams.

Veronica specialises in designing and delivering strategy, planning, organisational development, performance and change in complex organisations across the public, private, not-for-profit, tertiary, education and human services sectors.

Veronica’s facilitator journey began with a love for the performing arts, where she honed her skills in creativity, communication, and connecting with her audience. Veronica’s path soon led her into the corporate world, where she became a specialist in leadership development, organisational change, and cultural transformation. Recently, Veronica was a judge for the New Zealand Association of Training and Development awards and led her team to win a LinkedIn Learning Champion award.
